What is intercession, and what is its meaning? What is our understanding of the concept of intercession?
Do I need a mediator to reach God? Will God-who is “wholly holy”-listen to me if I am in a state of weakness or unworthiness?
Is intercession a biblical concept, or is it a doctrinal one specific to the Church?

Intercession – Part 03
What Does Intercession Mean?
Intercession means mediating for another person by asking for benefit or protection from harm.
An intercessor is a mediator standing between two parties.
But the Most Important Question is:
Who is the true mediator between man and God?
“The Holy Bible clearly declares who the true mediator is between man and God:
“For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus.” (1 Timothy 2:5)
Notice carefully…
The Bible did not say many mediators.
It said: “One mediator.”
And it also says:
“Therefore, since we have a great high priest… let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence.” (Hebrews 4:14–16)
Christ did not call us distant servants.
He called us sons and beloved children.
He never said:
“Go to another mediator so God may hear you.”
The Lord gave us the authority of sonship in Him:
“Yet to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.” (John 1:12)
“Jesus Christ Himself opened the way to the Father, therefore He said:
“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)
If the Lord opened the way for us by His blood,
why does man feel unworthy to come directly to the Father?
The Bible says:
“Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus…” (Hebrews 10:19)
And even more than that…
He invited us to come directly to Him:
“Yet to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.” (John 1:12)
If we are children of God…
why are we afraid to approach our Heavenly Father directly?
The Bible also says:
“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace.” (Hebrews 4:16)
Does This Mean We Reject the Saints?
He died to bring us near to Him.
“For Christ also suffered once for sins… to bring you to God.” (1 Peter 3:18)
The Lord Jesus never said:
“Go to another person so your sins may be forgiven.”
But He said:
“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
Salvation, forgiveness, and complete intercession were fulfilled in Jesus Christ alone.
And He also said:
“All those the Father gives Me will come to Me, and whoever comes to Me I will never drive away.” (John 6:37)
He alone is able to save.
Final Message
Our mission and ministry affirm the Word of God above all human teaching, and we proclaim the true faith as commanded by Christ.
We also hold firmly to biblical truth as revealed to us by the Holy Spirit through the Holy Scriptures.
Our mission is to lead every individual into a genuine and direct relationship with the Father, solely through Jesus Christ.
Absolutely NOT!
We honor and respect lives of holiness, faith, and obedience.
We learn from their testimonies and honor everyone God used.
Because the Bible says:
“And by faith Abel still speaks, even though he is dead.” (Hebrews 11:4)
Meaning: their works and faith remain a living testimony and example for us to follow.
But the real danger begins when our eyes turn away from Christ toward any other person.
This is where the enemy’s plan against Christ and His children succeeds.
The danger begins when the heart shifts from depending on Christ Himself to depending on another mediator — as if the sacrifice of the cross were not enough.
But Scripture says:
“Therefore He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, because He always lives to intercede for them.” (Hebrews 7:25)
Because forgiveness and redemption were accomplished through the blood of Jesus alone:
“In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.” (Ephesians 1:7)
Christ did not die to separate us from the Father…
True Faith Ministry
Our ministry and preaching are firmly founded on the Word of God above every human teaching, and we proclaim the faith exactly as we truly believe it in Christ. We also hold firmly to the biblical teaching as revealed to us by the Holy Spirit through the Holy Scriptures, and our mission is centered on leading every individual into a true and direct relationship with God the Father through Jesus Christ, just as He Himself said:
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
